Thankfully they never get past validating so they're unable to post but I'm keeping a close eye on things as someone's obviously coded something which can see past our CAPTCHAs. If you see any of these things posting, please report it, and if you're a mod / admin, please be on your toes. God forbid they all discover how to validate one day, this place will have more viagra content that Hugh Hefner's bedside table. deterioration 443 Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 Is there an option to add extra security measures by region in the AdminCP ban filters, or in the IPS spam monitoring service, to add an extra step to the registration process by what regions are trying to bot? Like needing Admin approval before accounts from know bot regions will be activated? It would be a pain in the ass to have to review new registers by region but a lot less work than having to delete/ban all of the bots once they flood in. Just a thought and will do. I don't see it being an issue tbh, and if it does, us admins have tools to remove all of them at the drop of a hat.
