I know short answers might be 'I'm not!' but I'm keen to know what people are doing.
I'm struggling alot to find motivation so I'd love to take some inspiration from all of you and get some tips to get my arse out of this sofa!
I've been trying to get out in the garden and play a little football game once or twice with my daughter which isnt much but it breaks the day up. Also, done some Yoga Cosmic Kids video with them which was fun...and made me realise I'm not as flexible as I once was 🤣
