There is an open beta on the PS4 and Xbox One you can download right now however ends Jan 16th (tomorrow as of writing). However, has they have had beta problems they are looking to extend the beta so expect a few more days for it to be available. "Dragon Ball FighterZ is an upcoming 2.5D fighting game developed by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, based on the Dragon Ball franchise for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows." It is due to launch January 26th so I think they need every day possible to sort their servers out before launch. Something that other game developers should take note and do more often.

Red Hood will be its first free DLC to drop in June. The video shows him off in his true glory. Combos look pretty slick if you ask me

I miss beat em ups. What I don't miss is getting battered though by a player that has an arcade stick. I've always wondered how they perform and if there is any you should look out for any as playing a few online fights are pretty quick and handy to do outside of social MP times. Mad Catz PS4 SFV Arcade Fightstick TE S+ EU The above controller was something in the sale recently (not anymore) but I was reluctant to buy it because im not sure how effective they are. Also, if people think there are any good ones out there it'd be good to see them.

An open beta for Mortal Kombat XL is now available on Steam for anyone to try. After teasing the PC version earlier this week, Mortal Kombat developer NetherRealm has released an open beta of Mortal Kombat XL – the bundle that includes all DLC packs, on Steam. You can’t buy Mortal Kombat XL just yet, but if you have a Steam account, you can download and play it for free until Monday, August 29. You’re going to need about 30GB of free space, so get downloading.
