I was supposed to post this a while back as it got me giddy excited as Robocop was one of kind of fictional heroes (because of the original film and the Amstrad CPC 464 game). If they get his HUD working in the way like the movies, I'd like to think its a must buy for me. Its also based on the original movies 35 years ago which definitely helps as the newer version just didn't hit me the way the old one does. Anyway, trailer for starters with some concept art. Still a way to go to wait for this one as it states 2023.

This one dropped near the end of November, and it almost feels like a Western, vampire slaying God of War 2018 kinda game. The action is paced roughly the same as the new GoW series, with the exception of not being in an open world. Instead, you run a series of missions, in which, you can find a host of collectibles scattered about. It's been a fun go of it, but it feels really dated. I almost feel like if this released during the early 360/ps3 era, it would've been one of the most talked about games. I'd wait for a price sale though. I think this one will be a freebie at some point considering it's not a AAA studio/publisher. But, It's one that'll be fun playing through.

Platinum games announced a release date finally of October 28th, 2022 for this one. I'm not sure if anyone has had any experience with this franchise, but it's a pretty good devil may cry-ish style of a game series. I'll end up getting it, but I feel this series is going to really suffer being a Nintendo exclusive. Shame really. Hopefully, one day, this series can reach other platforms for all to enjoy.

This one crossed my brain cameras this morning and peaked my interest. It looks like a 2D side scrolling, hack and slash, action adventure, rouge-like pice of interactive entertainment media on the PC. It has some impressive graphics and audio, but I'll do a more thorough review once I'm back home. Released on July 13th

Really, REALLY late to the party with this one. I hadn’t planned on buying this, but a nice sale can change ones mind quite fast. If you’ve played any of the other games in this series, it’s more of the same. Controls are more reminiscent of DMC4 then the other 3. It’s the same action, gunplay the series is known for. I’ve been enjoying it and cursing at it as well. Some parts are frustrating as all hell, but that’s the games style. The new character, V is pretty fun to play as. Rather then attack himself, he utilizes demons to attack instead. These are both controlled the same as Dante and Neros gun and swords. It works well. Really easy to SSS rank combos with him. Again, if you like the series, you’ll dig this.

I've been playing a lot of this since its release and i've been really enjoying it overall. The setting is kinda cyberpunkish distopian future with psychi abilites and a hack and slash kinda DMC gameplay style. The story is really out there, I wouldn't expect anything less from Japan, but it's really the combat that has been a blast. The camera and lock on system really needs a patch big time. That'd be my only gripe. It's very inconsistent when you're locked onto an enemy but never attack it directly when locked on. That's probably my only complaint about it. If you're a fan of any Platinum Games developed piece or anime inspired hack and slash gameplay, this could be for you.

This just dropped on Friday and man, insomniac has all their shit together! This game is gorgeous and plays like a dream. If you’ve played any of the previous R&C games then you should feel right at home. Aside from the new playable character, which is a welcome addition to the franchise IMO, the main “system” I guess we can call it is the rifts. There’s pocket rifts scattered about the game that have little traversal challenges for armor pieces as well as rifts you can grapple to in order to access unreachable areas or to make a quick getaway in battle situations. I’m really enjoying it and I’d say it’s worth a grab. Maybe not at the price it’s advertised at the moment. But this will more then likely be a PS Plus game in a year or two.

Wow, this is a shocker. I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'll watch it and I hope its good, but something tells me it won't be. Conan, what is best in life? How about a teaser poster and release date for “The Legend of Conan”? Courtesy of joblo.com and theArnoldFans.com comes a poster for The Legend of Conan, which sees Arnold Schwarzenegger reprising the role of the Robert E. Howard character he brought to the screen back in the 1980s. The poster appeared at the Cannes Film Festival this week in France. The poster also gives a targeted release date — December 2015. The film is being produced by Chris Morgan with a screenplay by Andrea Berloff. The general story revolves around an older Conan, now king, wanting to get back to doing what he does best — crushing the skulls of his enemies.

It's my favorite time of the year again, when we get to try out some new shows and hardly any of them actually make it into being something good and every once in awhile something epic like Breaking Bad comes along and destroys all the competition. New Series that I'll be watching Sleepy Hollow (on episode 2 now, I have watched it, and so far so good) The Tomorrow People on CW (a new take on an old show; but most definitely capitalizing on the superhero popularity) The 100 (also on CW) - looks like it's copying off of Walking Dead and Revolution in anarchy style situations. Blah, I'm not sure about this one but I'll give it a chance. MARVEL Agents of Shield (premiered last night, but I haven't watched the first episode yet) Dracula - oct 25 ( another "iffy" one but I'll give it a shot, I do enjoy that more Horror style shows are coming) Crossbones - pirate show with John Malkovich? Yes please
