Heavy Metal In Dark Chocolate

Quite surprising really, levels of Lead and Cadmium found in many dark chocolate varieties. 

 

Some are deemed more dangerous than others. 

 

Apparently this happens due to the metals found in the soil the cocoa grows in. 

Cleaning processes after can help lower and make the chocolate more safe.
