Thats a pretty big buff to be fair!

Buff?  How is that a buff?  It's 8 seconds added onto the cool down of his ult after a kill.  That's a nerf.  Not that big of a deal either way, but it will be a little harder to chain kills together using it.  I don't know if it was that OP, it could be, but nothing game breaking.  In the end it's just ehh for me.  I just like Darius and hate to see him nerfed at all.

Nah, what it means is your can use it for 8 more seconds after a kill. Currently, you can use it for 12s after a kill, now it's 20s.
