Docwagon 856 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 I took my family, including my sister-in-law who's visiting from Jordan, to Newport Aquarium today. Everyone had a great time, and besides the usual aquarium things, Scuba Santa was there. The aquarium itself is really, really cool. I've been probably 7-8 times over the years. They have all the standard stuff, but they also have tunnels that go through huge tanks and the glass is ground so there's no distortion. Fish are all around you and it looks like you're in the water. I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. If you're ever in the Cincinnati area, check it out. Scuba Santa is there for Christmas. There's a story time show that's nicely done, and then there's a meet and greet where you talk to him on a microphone and can hear him talk back via the speakers. I love Santa and all things Santa related, so I enjoyed it as much as the kids.
