After a brief foray last night with the spike drone i'm totally sold on it. I had my doubts about how this year's tomahwak/axe would fit in with all the new movement, but after a few games it all became clear. The new mechanic of calling the drone back to the suit is just awesome. It gives a whole new mechanic of using this equipment as you can set it as a trap to get a "boomerang" kill when calling it back in.

Anyone else tried it yet? And how did you find it?

I'm tempted to chuck it on my class tomorrow to see how it goes. I've seen some cracking killcams with it so far but I'm a bit of a semtex addict so replacing that will be hard even for a few games :lol:

To be honest i've found the general exo launcher pretty underwhelming so far. So it was a pleasant surprise to see them try something different with an old classic.

The Exo Launcher is pretty pants for most lethal abilities - I saw my stats for frags earlier; 544 used.....1 kill :lol:
