It's a cheesy arcade racer with a lame story and really confusing interface. Very ambitious title but it's hard to follow what's going on and what you have to do between races. Go here, go there, go fucking everywhere, do this, do that and try and keep up else you just get confused and enraged. It may be an alpha but I can tell the optimisation is going to suck along with uPlay as expected. £49.99 on Steam is also extortionate.
