Gotta bump this again ...as of today weight is 245lbs. That's 155lbs lost. Still working out a lot, doing curls every day with 60lbs now which is going well. Hope to get up to 70lb curls in the next year (few months) plus more miles per week with my walking/joging. Going well, better shape now at 42 than when I was 22 ^_^

 


did some 1 rep max testing tonight


squat - 130kg / 286lbs - could have done more but was saving myself for deadlifts

bench - failed 100kg / 220lbs but did 95/ 209lbs

deadlift - 205kg / 451lbs
