They removed all of the crack-adled movement mechanics that kept me away from COD for 10 years. It's a bit slower and more tactical now. Probably the truest version of COD that has been released since.
I feel the same way. CoD was the video game GoD for a while but I've just moved on as a gamer. I can't even put my finger on why. I'll miss it sometimes. Random places on CoD maps will pop into my mind out of no where sometimes (I worry about this). But, when I actually play it, I'm just not having fun anymore.
That's definitely disappointing if true. So, if it ships with 8 maps, you've got count on the fact that you probably won't like 1 or 2, your favorite one will never pop up enough, and you'll be stuck playing the same 4 or 5 maps all the time. 😕
Although more maps is good I'm disappointed it's maps that we've played in god knows how many games.
They have 5 games to choose from for maps (if you include Ghosts and IW) and they go for the same fucking maps again! I'd like to see some MW3 maps return. They had some decent ones in there. Ghosts had a couple of decent maps as well.
YES! I'd love so see some MW3 maps come back! Lockdown, Village, Mission, Dome, Arkaden, Bootleg... so many good maps!
I've always loved the map, Crash, but we've already revisited it with the free version of CoD4. I'm cool with some old maps, but use something that we haven't played to death.
Well, after my first day playing I'm really enjoying it. I think I'm level 15 or so. Got to get in a few games with a decent number if people. I like the guns and customization. The maps are alright. Challenges seem a little odd, not sure I like the way they've been implemented. So far, so good. Enjoying being back in the Duty.
