This week was probably my worst so far. I just wasn't feeling the tracks, and couldn't get to grips with the cars handling. During Qualifying for Catalunya, I set a very slow time above 2 minutes, since all my other attempts resulted in getting penalties. I gave up this attempt to sit in pits until race time. The race was completely different though, I had a very good race and was keeping the car on track and with good enough lap times to not be last.
Gr. 2's are awesome cars to drive, if you know how. I kept spinning on all the same corners, so that was a disaster. I admit I came close to quitting early.
Well daughter is on Holiday from Friday, so I'll be back next week after hopefully catching up on my sleep. Trying to teach her how to play Little Big Planet 3 can be tiresome... 🥱
Well tonight was... interesting. Despite the ridiculous party chat issues, the race was fairly decent, albeit small. I'm surprised I was actually keeping constant lap times throughout the entire race.
Well as it turns out, getting a new controller doesn't actually make me a contender 😂. I can't put a finger on why I'm so slow, I swear I used to perform alright during them time trials.
Midnight Blue is one of the looking controllers on the market! Also new grips to protect them sticks, which also included some grips for the triggers, something I've never seen before.
Thanks for the races. It's unfortunate that my controller is bust, so I have a new one being delivered today. Getting used to the right stick for acceleration and braking is pretty difficult and would take some time before I feel comfortable. I just can't work them as precisely as the triggers.
