Which ones just do not make up for the pain of getting one complete. For me, I have been trying for the "Open Fire" assignment for a few days now. It seems whenever I get pistol kills and 40mm kills, then I will never land a defrib kill, when I land a Defrib kill, then I will never land a 40MM kill. Make sure you have the 3 ribbons needed for the challenge before attempting the 3 kills needed. I used tdm to do the challenge. Started with the defrib kill on a sniper. Then pistol. For the launcher kill, wound someone from a distance then finish them off with the grenade launcher. Worked for me, only took one round.
