I didn't find my first piece until level 30, but around 32, I found a full suit in a Cargo container near the Airport I want to say my first piece was in the Glowing Sea near a deathclaw camp Luke 23:34 'And Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they don't think it be like it is, but it do."
