JsinOwl 644
You may have sussed this out already, but… Some weapons have those colored elemental symbols to the left of the attack number. Well, that little symbol becomes important versus enemies with shields. Enemy shields are based on either Arc, Solar, or Void energy and you want to use same element to attack it. Other weapons will still strip them, but using a like element brings it down much faster. This concept will become critically important when playing with the Mythic modifier active, where using the right element becomes a necessity rather than a luxury. Unfortunately, enemies don't announce what type of shield they have. You either need to know from experience or ‘poke’ them. If you hit a shielded enemy, a brief glowing nimbus of color will appear around them and as you may expect from the symbol colors: White/Blue = Arc Orange = Solar Purple = Void Some of the basic ones I know: Fallen Captains – Arc Vex Minotaurs – Void Hive Wizards - Solar Stretch616, Plumbers Crack, TigerBurge and 1 other 4 If you decide to put your dick in crazy, be ready to change your phone number and relocate.
