Kingdom Come Deliverance

Got this game yesterday and it's bloody fantastic! I was a bit weary because of the controversial save system along with many reported bugs and I fully expect to run into issues as I progress but it's incredibly impressive and looks astonishing. Hopefully the developers will get the patch out as soon as possible as it would be a shame for such a good game to get ruined in such a tragic way. Also not a fan of the interface and a few mechanics like lockpicking but hopefully that'll be worked on too. Priority is the bugs and saving system though.

I'm over 15 hours in so far and really enjoying it. It's such a relaxing game in a truly stunning world. No serious bugs yet thank god but the combat is very cumbersome at times and things like lockpicking and pickpocketing could have been implemented much better. Seriously immersive game though and it almost feels like real life at times. Intriguing story and some really entertaining quests too.

I've got my horse now and riding around is jolly good fun

It's sort of gone under the radar on release tbh. It seems to have decent scores on metacritic so far though and it sounds like pure medievil without the magic. @J4MES OX4D, what similarities does it have with Elder Scrolls Oblivion?

It does feel like an Elder Scrolls game without all the fantasy elements which is actually really refreshing for an RPG surprisingly. It does take a bit of time getting used of how the mechanics and interface work compared to other games as it's more sim-oriented i.e the way you are dressed and how you act can impact how people see you. Very smart and ambitious game and the story/cutscenes are very impressive.

I did enjoy Oblivion so this does interest me somewhat. I probably need to search some gameplay.

As a huge TES fan, this looked very enticing to me for a while.  I went ahead and "borrowed it from a friend."  I'm going to try it out for a while and see if it's worth picking up.  Looks amazing, I just hope it's fun.
