  1. This game just dropped late last week and it's a beauty! It's has a similar isometric view point as Deaths Door (PLAY IT) and plays like a classic Zelda game. I highly recommend this to everyone that has xbox game pass and it's currently available on xbox platforms as a timed exclusive and steam.
  2. Post your accounts! Steam: Capn_Underpants Origin: Capn_Underpants Minecraft: N/A LoL: CommanderUndies
  3. Another little gem I came across this week. I've only just started this but from what little I've played, It's really good. Top down, kind of diablo point of view, hack and slash with rouge lite elements I believe? Like I said, I haven't got very far. I'll post more when I've progressed further. Available on Xbox and Steam.
  4. The free PSN game this month is also out on Steam too - and its the best party game out in ages! With all the praise I could give it after a few go's, the only one huge MAJOR disappointment from this game is that the party system is 4 players MAX, including no Private game mode. I couldn't quite believe it. The game is literally hilarious and it would one of the most easy accessible games for things like FG Fridays or for people struggling for a game to find to just kick back and have a great night. There's many modes to get past in this Total Wipeout/Takeshi's Castle type game to be the last one standing and its always the simpliest of games that make the most impact. I really truly hope max players can be extended in the coming months as you can absolute then count it will be an FG Friday game for sure. Anyone that has a Playstation Plus though MUST pick this up this month, do not miss out on a free bargain! Probably the best free game offering since Rocket League.

    GTFO

This looks incredible. GTFO is a hardcore 4 player cooperative game, with a focus on team play and atmosphere. It features procedural gameplay scenarios through its Expedition Director, edge-of-your-seat suspense, team based puzzle solving and high intensity combat. It also states that each experience is unique and dynamic. I'm absolutely getting this when it comes out. Co-operative gameplay against something that looks incredibly dark and realistic works for me. Out in 2018.
  6. The next Calibur is due this year and a rumour spread a few weeks back that they'd get a special charater from the Witcher The story mode in the early games were brilliant and made this much more than just a straightforward beat em up.
  7. Lead your motorcycle gang on an epic journey across the country in this driving combat adventure. Earn money by completing races, assassinations, robberies, and other challenges in your path. As you collect loot, you'll upgrade your character, your bike, and your weapons. It is released on October 4th 2017 only on Steam currently.
  8. This has been put for 2 years now and due to the success of this game they are releasing free DLC on this anniversary, which has 3 new areas to exlplore. In the game's daytime you build your base and decide how your stretched resources will be used; and at night you scavenge a dangerous, war-torn city for more. It's a game about civilians surviving a war, rather than soldiers fighting one, and is uniquely powerful and poignant because of it. The game's success changed 11 bit's fortunes. A PS4 and Xbox One version of This War of Mine was released at the beginning of the year, and there's even a This War of Mine board game for 2017. Will look to pick this up over the next few months as it's only 15/20 quid for a new copy.
  9. Has anyone played this on PC yet? It looks fantastic and very close to alot games the community plays - hearthstone, final fantasy tactics, LoL. Would be great to see this finally on a console. Took the following from GameSpot. -------------------------------- Tactical strategy game Duelyst is already available on PC through its own launcher, but the free-to-play game is also headed to PS4, Xbox One, Steam, and mobile devices. GameSpot got the opportunity to speak to developer Counterplay Games, who revealed the news alongside a new trailer. Duelyst's gameplay mixes Fire Emblem-like tactical strategy with a card game like Hearthstone. You summon units and cast spells by playing cards you draw from a deck. Additionally, the visuals blend pixel art and hand-drawn illustrations, courtesy of Rogue Legacy and Chasm artist Glauber Kotaki. There's no official date for the game's release on Steam, consoles, or mobile devices, but GameSpot will keep you up to date as more information is revealed. Counterplay has been privately testing the game on Steam, with the latest update coming in July. It said at the time that it was on the verge of sending out more invitations to the test. You can sign up for Duelyst's Steam preview here Duelyst is currently available via the game's official website.
  10. I've been itching to play a racing game. But I want to be able to customize my ride, like Midnight Club back on the PS2 (it's been a while). Anything like that on Steam? Can someone guide me in the right direction! Thanks
  11. I know a lot of us in the past have enjoyed listening to each other, watching and commenting in on games. Not sure if you all have read this yet today bet Steam has added a Broadcasting feature! It's in its infancy and I haven't tried it out yet but it seems promising. I've read a lot of comments about it vs. Twitch, which I'm admittedly not familiar with, and most everyone seems to prefer it as an integrated feature withing Steam as opposed to having to download and install a 3rd party program. Basically it interested me because I've had pleasurable experiences in the past listening in and watching you goofy bastards joke, laugh and play. In that order More info: https://steamcommunity.com/updates/broadcasting http://www.pcgamer.com/steam-broadcasting-beta-integrates-livestreaming-into-the-steam-client/
  12. Not sure who all here has played Trine or Trine 2, but I've dabbled with it a bit and think it's pretty cool. It's almost like a Lost Vikings type of game where you have 3 characters with different abilities that you use to figure out puzzles. Here's the wiki on it, "Trine is a side-scrolling action platform and puzzle video game, developed by Frozenbyte, originally released in 2009, and is now available for Microsoft Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and PlayStation Network. The game takes place in a medieval fantasy setting and allows players to take control of three separate characters who can battle enemies and solve environmental puzzles." Anyway... Some news... ------------------------------------------------ "We are now officially releasing the Trine Editors on Steam for Windows – and to celebrate this, both Trine Enchanted Edition and Trine 2: Complete Story are free on Steam this weekend 16th-19th of October. The games are freely available for everyone to install and play through their Steam Library for the duration of this weekend, so remember to tell all your friends who’ve always wanted to try the Trine games, but have not done so yet! The games are also available for purchase for a juicy sale, 80% off until Monday 20th!" http://www.frozenbyte.com/2014/10/trine-trine-2-free-weekend-and-editor-release-on-steam/
  13. http://steamcleaner.tikione.org/en/ Has anyone heard of or used this before? I just found it on Reddit. Thoughts?
