  1. If you do, you might want to back this Kickstarter project. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/momentplz/no-more-cold-hands-the-future-of-gaming-and-workst/description The Envavo Heatbuff is supposed to be an invisible warmth for your hands that will stimulate them that much that it is expected to enhance your gaming experience and keep you on the top of your game. I really don't know what to think. It could be useless. Equally it could be the next best thing. Would you guys back it?
  2. Super Mario Run coming to Android on March 23rd. Yeah....still not buying it for 9.99
  3. So I've reinstalled all 42 physical games I own, all updates downloaded plus another 8 digital free games I already have on the PS4. Its used 1.47TB which leaves 2.23TB left. It somehow mysteriously loses 0.3GB of room so bear that in mind if you are thinking of a 1TB or 2TB HDD.
  4. 1 hour of the closed beta racing. This looks already extremely polished. A little hyped about this now.
  5. Big changes to Assault and Hybrid maps that should hopefully help mitigate draws. A tracking system has been added to those gametypes that will allow ties to be broken based upon the progress that was made toward capturing the objective. "To mitigate draws in Competitive Play, we're implementing a system that tracks each team's progress on the objective," Blizzard said. "This will work similarly to the system that's already in place for Escort and Assault/Escort maps, which grants a win to the team that pushes the payload the furthest. Now, even if neither team successfully captures the objective, a winner can be determined based on which team captured the largest portion." Finally, the map Eichenwalde has received a small change: a new route has been added connecting the attacking team's spawn area to the capture point. So hopefully this means our 'Dive' strategy we like to do so much may play to our advantage.
  6. Big Lucio changes incoming on PTR: Sonic Amplifier Projectile speed increased from 40 to 50 Alternate fire now considers vertical orientation when knocking targets back Crossfade Song's area-of-effect radius decreased from 30 meters to 10 meters A temporary in-game visual has been added to illustrate this radius (it is only visible to Lúcio and his teammates) Heal Song Healing-per-second has been increased by 50% (also applies to Lúcio's Amp It Up ability) Sound Barrier Radius decreased from 30 meters to 20 meters Wall Ride Movement speed increased by 30% when wall riding Lúcio now receives a burst of speed when leaping off a wall Developer Comments: Lucio has often felt like a must-pick due to his raw healing output and the versatility of providing a speed bonus to your entire team. The goal of these changes is to keep those elements feeling strong, but making them harder to apply to everyone on your team at all times. The end result is that he should feel stronger with teams that he can stay close to but not as strong when on teams with heroes that are often spread out (such as Pharah, Widow, Genji, etc). Much of Lucio’s character power was tied up in his large passive auras, which caused other elements of his kit to be weakened over time in an attempt to balance him. Now that his auras are more focused it will allow them to be much stronger and allow Lucio to be more active in his role. I think this is quite significant changes. Stronger but needs to be closer. Not sure if you can boop now too with the vertical change.
  7. Edited title and pinned so all PTR changes can be captured here.
  8. Jeff Kaplan has confirmed changes to PTR will come 'extremely soon' to significantly reduce or potentially remove draws. Capture the Flag and Elimantion draws will change soon too but they won't be delivered as soon as competitive changes. The Overwatch fan base have been asking for changes but I'm not sure how I feel on this one. Draws in competitive can become annoying but I don't find that many end up as draws. In most competitive games I know, Draws exist and are a good thing and it adds a different dynamic so you know you're still playing to keep your score level.
  9. Anytime people [emoji8] It's been bothering me for a while now! Glad it's sorted. Remember, anything else FG, you know I'm more than willing to look into for you all.
  10. So I geniunely believe we work well when we have 2 tanks. Having less than that we need to be on complete top form as we can just get shredded. Rein and DVa work well together but sometimes do you think we need a piggy as another heavy DPS? Most reasons why we struggle is because we battle hard but don't get multi-kills grouped together.
  11. It's a close second to be fair. Zelda nostalgia with the critics will get it but they are 2 completely different RPGs. Both winners on their own consoles already for 2017.
  12. I can only think because the game is 2 years old that they have cut costs supporting it to focus on new projects but with a 61% player base they are completely out of their mind.
  13. Thought I'd start a thread for us to discuss what type of characters may work together on certain maps or situations. We know quite a bit about this now but I don't think we share it enough. It would be great to be more versatile when playing so when randoms join however big or small our group is we have a good idea to pick AND we have some confidence to pick those heroes. This way it means we can focus on some characters to learn along the way, rather than stick with the same old hero.
  14. Never been a thread on this, which I'm surprised about as I know the series was pretty big back in the heydays of the Sega Dreamcast. Not much has come out since 2015 when it was mentioned at E3 and is likely to be exclusive to PS4 however some developer videos have been shared out which shows some links back to the original Quick Time Events in the series. Good nostalgia points from me, whilst this day and age some gamers may not like this style of play anymore. Although, it's expected some point this year I can already predict it's likely going to be first half of 2018.
  15. Increased my light level to 371 last night. I'd like to be ready for some of the raids when the raids have been updated. If we can get a few of us over the weekend we could run some strikes or if we get up to 6 maybe some crucible quests/newest raid as they drop the highest loot I'm aware of.
  16. A guy on youtube has put together a few 1v1 dinosaur battles to see who comes out on top. Pretty cool viewing and it does help knowing which type of dinosaur beats which if you have a choice of taking over multiple robots in the same location.
  17. I know Rob mentioned some time ago that this was most likely happening but it's still disappointing to see it officially confirmed. Ubisoft sight the reason to 'ensure a bigger and better development of the competition'. $100,000 total prize money solely for PC. It was originally PC and Xbox for year 1. My personal opinion is we just need to see more tournament support for consoles as the console won't ever go away imo.
  18. Release has slipped into the summer rather than the spring. In the meantime they have released footage of the new Flying Battery Zone Level
  19. The memes and ribtaking online is quite relentless. It's all about SP that's flying around so hopefully it won't be as bad for the MP.
