I think there’s a fair few of us getting BF2042 so will be on anyway but let’s see if we can enough to have some private matches straight away.

As it's the off season of the GT Sport league, I thought I'd see if we can get a night racing on Assetto Corsa.  We  don't have a server but it's never too hard to find one we can all hop in to for a bit of fun racing.
 
I've set it for the end of the month as it should give people time to make sure their AC is installed, up to date and look in to any mods they want to install.
 
We will most probably stick to racing on vanilla servers so mods aren't necessary though SOL and the Custom Shaders Patch do massively improve the look of the game.

Several people bought Assetto Corsa while it was on sale recently and most have also got a wheel too so it's about time we have an evening of racing.
 
Sadly you can't create a server like on GT Sport but there's still plenty of servers up so shouldn't be too hard to find one we can all join.  Probably will be something like GT3 cars at Mugello or Spa Francorchamps.

There’s been several conversations amongst varying numbers of us while in game, whatsapp etc.  So I thought it best to arrange a time when hopefully as many people as possible can make it on so we can get some sort of cohesive plan.
 
I think Rich and Anna have played 7dtd the most so they’re going to be our experts.  But things to think about;
- Ideas on how to build (underground, overground probably best to avoid wombling free)
- Do we build one massively defended base for horde night and small bases around the map? Or build all the bases as proper defensive ones?
- Where do we want to build it? This is somewhat dependent on what we build but presumably something not too far from out current base due to needing to transfer resources.
 
Obviously on top of this we will 
need resources of stone, cement, iron etc. to build the base out of so that’s a given.  Which I’m more than happy to focus my efforts on.
