  1. Let's get a brand new thread up where we share what you either buy or even just find from a retro point of view. I'll go first! After Matt's @Luseth recent annoyance of reminding me i've been neglecting my older video games for a while, I had a think what i'd like to get hold of and managed to get the following: I've always loved the film Universal Soldier, so I had to grab a version of the Mega Drive game to check it out. I used to play a lot of a chipped version of Everybody's Golf - it has the best crazy golf multiplayer game on it so looking forward to having a few local matches with wehoever I can get round! I'm also wanting to complete a few more Mega Drive games so Indiana Jones seemed a perfect one given it has 5 levels within the whole game. Again, another game born off the films I used to love. What's everyone else been finding?

  2. So my current focus is gameboy related as i am a bit skint atm so looking out for cheaper games that i want in my collection (hoping for a big splurge on retro stuff when my wife returns to work in january). My last purchase was this - The gbc version is more of a traditional rpg in the mould that I quite enjoy and this cost me less than a fiver (i have just put a bid on chamber of secrets gbc on ebay as well). The games went in a different route once they hit the gba

  3. Gutting. Always gets the great ones. So much of this resonates with me a whole lot of late. Life is way too short. Ridiculously so for this kid. Its amazing he could help so many people. Easy reminder of why we should do the same and have as much fun along the way as possible.

  4. It keeps on giving so lets get another MW2019 Multiplayer evening up for anyone that wants to group up with FG. It's definitely helped me not lose as many games now! Keep RSVPing please and everyone can join one of the FG Game Rooms on the PlayStation so people can jump in together.

  5. My 3080 is something I expect to now last for my better days tbh, so i'm not too concerned about the 4 series. All games seem to work extremely well on that so I would suggest you go for something like 3070 at least to save yourself upgrading for a long time. With that, my only other suggestion would be to have all the RAM. Cos why not? 😄 I think again its something you never have to think about for, hopefully, forever again if you get something nearer 64GB. The other PC gurus will have better advice on everything than me though, thats for sure. @Greboth @Tadnothad @Diddums @RenFengge @TurboR56Mini @Tar-Eruntalion @Misneach_ @tronic44

  6. Good thread @Luseth . Apart from Hogwarts Legacy that just looks cool to be a Wizard, I honestly want more time for all the games we've currently got rather than any new ones - the list of those is huge. I don't think there's much on the horizon anyway in terms of new games, even by looking above and seeing what you all are excited to play. Thinking about FG and anything for us to group up on, I can only see Overwatch 2 and the new COD MW2 game that will likely grab us outside all the games we already play. It will be interesting to see what football games come out but i'm not in any rush to grab them considering we're having loads of fun on the current games out now.
