At the risk of giving @TurboR56Mini and other crafty players even more "tools" to make our bases, camps, and outposts beautiful... has anyone looked into Valheim Plus for our server/world? Really. I just want a shareable map for exploration progress. But, it has other stuff too. Oh, NexusMods... always there to make things prettier. I think this will be a mixed bag. The story is normally the thing that lets these types of films down but if the violence is like that then fuck the story haha

Absolute disgrace - essentially banning Australia from accessing basic news because Facebook would have to comply with a law that pays the publisher of the article a cut rather than reap all the income for themselves by embedding the page. Not only does this annihilate democracy, it stops people accessing crucial pages and has even impacted jobs from innocent people caught in the crossfire. It's a sad day to see a giant corporation trying to override a government this way whilst kicking the media in the teeth by siphoning off their work. Sadly it will likely just lead to negotiation rather than severe action. Australia is one of the few nations left that don't bow to such bollocks so I hope they don't buckle. I remember having a debate about 12 years ago at an old job where people said Facebook was just a social site for friends to connect like Bebo and Myspace - I was even branded a paranoid conspiracy nutjob when I remotely suggested Facebook would grow its presence for sheer global power, the control information and extreme wealth!

Is there an annual cost that shows a discount? I'm all for chipping in/covering it. I mean, I waste more per month on just buying myself chocolate bars lol.

As it’s not an official mod yet, it would be a nightmare getting it on the server...well, not a nightmare but I’d have to click more than 3 buttons 😉 In all seriousness, if it’s not supported by gtx gaming, I won’t be putting it on because it nulls all our support. I’m sure it’ll be added in the future but I’d like others to have a proper go at the vanilla version before modding it. Further down the line, I’m up for modding the hell outta it.

I think whilst its still early days and its only been mainly yourself, @TurboR56Mini , @FallenDark200 and myself on during the week, I think we may need to see how the next few weeks pan out. I imagine the game will be getting a number of updates in the next number of weeks because the game has rocketed up the charts and is massively popular right now. The enhancements do look great, I will admit that! Map sharing is a bonus 😄 My brain has always been at the start to play it vanilla for a bit because its much easier to get new players all together and getting involved in whatever we're up to. If we could start raising funds, we could even start a second server with this mod on it, if thats possible to have both saved files separately? Just my 2p so far 😄

So episode 7 time baby First point: in case you missed it, make sure you watch the credits for a bit, theres a small mid credits scene. So it was a good reveal at the end, even though it was obviously coming. I thought it was a bit jarring though, just like suddenly revealed she's behind everything in such a short space of time. Showing that dungeon basement and her being a witch really now fully opens up the MCU to go crazy off the rails now. Also, I do love her ridiculously over the top laugh. I think shes using the kids powers shes made Wanda create to resurrect Mephisto or Nightmare. The book she had in there looks very similar to the books in Dr Strange. I guess it will link in to him getting involved and Dr Strange 2. The in-episode trailer talked about the 'Nexus' which i hadn't heard before. A quick google says: The Nexus is a cross-dimensional gateway which provides a pathway to any and all possible realities, this includes realities between realities. It is unknown whether it was created by some being or just if it's the one place in the entire multiverse where all realities naturally intersect. Makes perfect sense that under her house is where this gateway is, and how she knew what Pietro looked like in the alternate realities. I would also think that maybe this opened after the snap and / or The Avengers messing with time. If you remember Baron Mordo saying 'The bill comes due' after Dr Strange messed with time. This may be the consequences of it that he mentioned: Side note: the reveal of the 'astrophysicist' hahaha what a joke. I feel like quite a lot of people will be annoyed by the anticlimax that it wasn't anyone. But hey at least Monica got her powers. Albeit its a pretty terrible origins story. I hope it is fleshed out more than 'Hex changes her body' as that is quite underwhelming There is supposedly at least 2 and half hours left in the next 2 episodes. I would assume now that it'll be another 30 minute episode, then maybe a feature length episode last? Time will tell. For me I think the next episode will be 30 mins of Wanda vs Photon and Vision as it looks like she had her mind start to be controlled by Agatha at the end of the episode, she will break free of that then it will be everyone vs Mephisto / Agatha for a feature long episode. We may even get an 'Avengers style' episode where it is Wanda, Vision, Photon and kids (but aged up to teens) vs Mephisto and / or Nightmare. Baguette out.

I wasn't planning on getting COD this year but if it is WW2 again then there is 0% chance of me getting it. Especially if it's by Sledgehammer as their other WW2 game is my 2nd most hated COD after Infinite Borefare.

Whoa whoa whoa. Wait. This actually looks good! I wonder how much of the lore they are going to follow! The whole drama with Sub Zero and Scorpion.. and Reptile (maybe?)... and Kitana amd Mileena. (I always played Kitana). Such potential... I really hope they don't make it trashy like the prior movies. The actor who plays Jax, I've watched him in Supergirl, should be stellar. Not that Supergirl was a stellar show, but I always enjoyed Mehcad's scenes.

Reusing as many assets as possible I imagine. It's the only reason I can think of as to why they wouldn't do something totally original from scratch. The studio has been in complete disarray for the last few years and was close to being disbanded so I think we'll get another Cold War situation where the game is rushed and things are recycled. They were working on a Vietnam game many years ago that never came to fruition so maybe they'll lean on that as their reasoning but I think it's a really lackluster move if the leaks are true.

Yeah I read this too. Not sure why they wouldn't just make a full on Vietnam game like BF did back in the day. I know the Black Ops series had elements of it, but a full game based in that time would be cool.

I watched a few videos last night and I can see how it would be fun, but I just don't think it's my thing. I may hang onto it and see what becomes of it since it's still early access. I heard the developers had 3-5 players in mind when creating it, so I doubt I'll really get into it much. I haven't really been a social gamer in quite some time, probably since CoD / Destiny 1 days. I'm around people all day at work and then at home with my family. As an introvert, games are my time to have some me time. I appreciate the feedback fellas.

Nah, don't be silly mate! Not everyone is gonna like the game. Here's my 2p on what you say. Graphically wise I was worried because I'm not the ultimate fan of Minecraft, but I appreciate what you can make in it. Valheim takes a Minecraft element with the graphics to a degree but they've enhanced them so if you look from the ground to the sky its a blend of all types. Something to enjoy and not really in any other game. Also, Rich @tronic44 made a very valid point the other day as for us its not much about graphics, but how animations work. Take a cutting a tree down. When you cut it down, if it falls into other trees the mechanics mean that it can knock other trees down too, in line with how you would think it would be in real life. Building stuff is just so quick. No waiting, just get the stuff and build it with the Hammer. The snapping, once you understand it, is one of the best i've seen in a game that compensates for the uneven ground and other elements around you. You don't play these games do you Tommy? DayZ is a survival but a way harsher scale and in fairness is about you surviving than surviving to create your own village/world. This is a chill game too so some people may want something more intense (although it does have its moments!). I think the game goes into another dimension because we have our very own server so we're all working together to do stuff and explore but genuinely mate, if you ain't gonna get your money's worth, no harm in getting a refund whilst you can.

I had MySpace back in the day but never bothered with FBook, glad I avoided it judging by what I hear. Meanwhile in Spain a hip hop artist is being sent to jail for lyrics about the Spanish monarchy. How's that for cancel culture, old school 😁
