DATE: 16th January 2021 SESSION: Week 9 Day 4 CALORIES: ???? COMPOUNDS: 2 Second Pause Deadlift 4x2@160kg 3 Second Pause Bench Press 3x5@110kg FEELINGS: We made it! 9 weeks of hard graft. Wow I’m battered. Sore, tired, worn out, some pain here and there. Next week we will Deload, which means working at a lower capacity to give the body a chance to recover before we do a testing week. The sessions will be boring but necessary. I definitely going to run this program again, it has been so much fun.

So, next week's tracks have been announced and they're not great, so I'm suggesting we choose our own tracks instead. Next week it's a Gr.4 at Lago Maggiore and a Gr.1 at Spa. My suggestions are: 1. Blue Moon Gr. 3 Loads of laps 2. Sardenga Road Track (a or b) Gr.4 7 laps 3. Kyoto Driving Park - Y&M 4 or 5 laps But that's just suggestions. Would be good to sort so we know what to practice. I'll raise it tonight during GTA.

I think most people by now have seen my FG Porsche but for those who haven't The newest addition to my garage is my Lexus painted in NMR colours - that's Not Matt Racing 😄 Which will definitely be making an appearance on a Gr3 car for this weeks Blue Moon Bay race.

Ill take that as you mean were cool and edgy. Thanks 😄 Glad you got a few races done. It can get mildly addictive as you end up saying to yourself 'just one more race or lap' but can't deny its a proper step up from GTA thats for sure! I'd spend a little time doing Circuit Experience so you can get lots of quick cash for new cars you'll need but more importantly to start learning the tracks and where to get the fastest lines.

Do the challenges and tracks in the Campaign mode. They pay out lots of money and free cars.

This actually looks amazing - modders even upstaging the developers! They’ll probably fix the game before CDPR do.. Just an incredible job

I won a few races last night in the Sunday league thing. I haven't raced properly since GT4 (apart from the NFS stuff and GTA which is to racing what Blackburn Rovers is to professional football) so it was nice to have a little go again. I have a fucktonne of practice and shit to do but it was a laugh, I can see myself getting in to it again.
