Couple of good races last night, though I was a bit sloppy around Monza with my 11 seconds of penalties. With @JBR-Kiwi also being very quick, @GazzaGarrattgetting closer all the time, @Mikepjbell great first showing, and @Grebothonly slightly more vulnerable using a controller... looks like we're going to have some epic racing ahead 🙂👍

Welcome to FG, Jamie 😄 I can see you already had the delightful greeting by @Diddums already! As @Shucker and @tronic44 have said prior to my post, this place is really unique and a one of a kind gaming family. We'd love to get involved and stick around, one extra thing of note though... ...if you know how it works, its always nice to say hi and get involved in places before you want us to watch your stuff. I'm sure they are fantastic btw, but there's people hear that watch videos, follow streamers and even buy games purely because they value the opinions of other FGers here and the type of person they are - all based on getting involved and that trust has been built. I think you'll find Shucker was kindly helping you, so a reply like that won't go very far to help build trust up after a glorious start that you had with Didds 🙂 Hopefully we can get to watch them some day soon. Take a look around and get involved where you can. You might even find a whole Video section set aside from the Forum elements that in time could see future videos after getting to know us more. The CEO has come out to say they ain't finished yet and there is tons of speculation about who is next. As the good old internet does what they do best, there is loads of connections to Sega in recent weeks too. I've pulled some pics from the tinternet to help your thoughts. If its not Sega, then theres always a chance of Capcom or Konami. Definitely feels like its more Sega though. Thoughts?

There was also a small rumour that went off the radar back in May about Microsoft using their name to sell the new Xbox in Japan - therefore calling it the Sega Series X. Its got a better ring to it for sure! 😁

Hello all I have recently purchased a Nintendo Switch for my girlfriend, I will also be using it. Just wondering how many people in FG have one / are actively playing it online. Currently have Animal Crossing (thats for her) and Pokemon Shield. Zelda Breath of the Wild will be my next purchase Tom

As the November update comes ever closer, Bungie released the Europa Map and a page on Bungie.net with some extra info. The map of what Europa looks like has received positive feedback so far as most people believe it looks quite huge compared to other worlds in Destiny. Just seeing the map is starting to get me pumped again and the fact its a brand new planet is really exciting this time round. And the trailer they dropped builds on it too. VARIKS SEES MINES. YESSSSSSSSSSS? 😎 We've wondered when we'd see Variks next after he let out Uldren and the Barons in Forsaken, not sure if he'll be another vendor again or we've got to defeat him considering he clearly his on the bad side of us after being allies on the Reef in Destiny 1.

I've got a Switch but I rarely play it. My kids use it a lot more. My son plays Fortnite on it A LOT. I really enjoy Mario Kart but other than that... not much reason to play it.

It was role reversal of fortunes on Monday Night Football for FGFC, whilst we had a biggest turn out of the season so far with 7 of us playing for most of the night. Usually we get off to a poor start for about 5 games which wasn't the case at all as we shot out of the blocks with goals. Big bad Baz, Barry Ferguson @Glen11 changed his player up to be a massive target man alongside Forlan and boy it turned into a masterstoke as his nimble quick feet and 3 star weak left foot were banging the goals in 🤣😎 The spin and volley goal was unreal. Winning the first game 5-3, secured promotion and unfortunately we just couldn't turn the final game into a win after leading 1-0 (eventually losing 2-1) in our last game in Division 8. We were all feeling confident going into Division 7, after the passing and goals were already flowing nicely. However we were brought down with a bump as the opponents got a little tougher and we just started leaking goals pretty easily. We tried a 3-5-2 to start but we got opened up too much and moved quickly to the back 4 we were used to. We had a few bad games in the middle of the session, especially one where we all pushed the keeper to try and pass the ball out a 34 times which meant for some hilarious scrambling around and defending. Still, some amazing goals scored by everyone. Some ripper shots from 4 yards out that slowly passed the keeper too 🤣 Fingers crossed for better results next time but it was still such a good laugh, especially getting 7 of us on the pitch. I thought last night's session and races were fantastic! Brands Hatch was the first race with @phil bottle @Greboth @Mikepjbell and myself - qualifying went better than the race for sure! The race started well with Mike and myself keeping Greebs at bay - or so we thought - as he was clearly waiting for us to make mistakes to power on through. Mike tried to make his tyres last longer than mine but we both found out the hard way we end up in the Gravel too much for our liking and with me pitting a few laps before him, his lap times just faded very quickly. I didn't manage the tyres and pits well at all so the usual response happened with Greebs 1st and Philly 2nd. When @JBR-Kiwi turned up though we decided to have another race but this time on Monza which was absolutely epic. What I really enjoyed was the 13 lap race and no restrictions on tyres so we all had to work out a strategy on what to do and also fill up petrol along the way. Kiwi was super quick at the start and Phil followed close behind him. I broke too late and hit make on Lap 2 which effectively meant me stopping to allow him past - losing around 10/12 seconds of time AND Greebs taking a place for free. With him on Medium tyres and the leaders on Super Soft there really was a big gap and we didn't know what would happen. Then it all started to unfold. Kiwi had a crash (2 in the end i believe), with Phil picking up huge time penalties for cuttting corners - 10 seconds in the end. Greebs picked Medium tyres again and was fighting Phil for the lead even though the penalty loomed over him. I decided to pit extremely late, started with Soft and went to Super Soft tyres with 3 laps to go which let me catch up Kiwi (his 2nd crash helped with that too). On the final straight Phil had to break at the finishing line to get rid of his penalty and I just could quite catch him. Shame as I was only a few seconds off him in the end, which was the result of a few badly taken corners. Mike had a struggle at the back after a few more crashes after regaining 4th early on. Still, a valiant effort after the first time being on the game for many months. GGs all, super racing properly and trying to learn all of this. I'm buying a playstation 5. I'm also going to replace my original playstation and playstation 2. Then. having them all setup in my new games room, because I'm a child at heart.

They've confirmed that all future releases from this deal with be on the game pass day one although I am more likely to buy their games individually rather than access them this way.

Pull up a chair, grab a cup of tea. As most of you know, I do the odd matched betting now and again, and a side effect of this is that occasionally the bookies want me to get responsibly addicted to their casinos. To do this they'll put a nice little lure on their rods and cast it to my bullshit Gmail account, and today I bit on one of those lures, nice and deep. Today's lure was from Grosvenor Casinos and it came in the form of a £10 bonus to use on their live casino. I'll save you the boring shit but live casino bonuses are always great as you stand the highest chance of making something. To do this, I needed to roll that £10 over 5 times which we always do on roulette as it's the most constant win. So I enter the roulette room and stick a quid on red, hit autoplay, 50 rounds, begin. The action has begun. Now at this point I'd like to point out that these offers tend to get flung at me on Fridays because everyone knows that responsible gambling is best promoted on a Friday night when people are pissed, this includes me. So usually when this happens I open a tab on my PC, do the autoplay thing and hop on the ps4. Like I did last time. Now you guys all know the loveable affable chappie I am after a few drinks so last time I did this I was prompted to pick a name. After a few beers. Anyway, fast forward a few months to this afternoon and the wheel is spinning, when the croupier (the well dressed meth heads who manage to keep the shakes off long enough to spin a wheel on a table) starts talking about horses. A bit confused, I put it down to him chatting to one of the players or something. Yet he goes on about touching horses, how disgusting this is, how unacceptable, etc. Proper moody, but I'm just watching the wheel spin and the ball hit the reds. This goes on for 10 mins or so, eventually penny drops when I win again and see my username pop up as a winner on the screen. I giggle to myself. He goes on. Horses this, inappropriate that, and he's getting more and more irritated. Eventually he reports me to the roulette police who then change my name to something less horsy. I've still not said a word in chat or anything, the only way he's seen my name is when I win. So now I wanna play his game. Hit settings. Change name. "safespacepls". Submit. Ha, that'll learn 'im. He starts flapping again at how disgusting this is and says it's unacceptable that I changed my name back again. The roulette police step in again and he's put his dummy back in. Confused, I try again. "safespacepls". He kicks off again, each time getting angrier and angrier. Eventually he's having a moment about how the supervisors are never quick enough to action these pigs who pick these names. The table is spinning. The ball is in action. Whilst he's having a flap, I'm trying to figure out why my name won't change, and in doing so keep changing it back from my supervisor - assigned name to my original name. The wheel slows, the ball lands on red. My name flashes on the screen so he can see it. He rips his cute little coat off, exclaims THAT'S IT and storms off. Someone else takes his place, sees my name and smiles, but never speaks it out loud. He's one of us. So today was the first time in many, many years I've managed to get a croupier to rage quit and it was completely unintentional. The name? Iwankhorses 😄 Funniest £20 I ever made.

Awesome! I just started playing a nightblade. Lots to learn but it seems pretty enjoyable! Just been bumbling around solo do far though so it would be great to link in with a group and really start to get into it. Yeah FF14 takes getting used to. I’ve put several years into it and run the hard end game content and a couple of the classes confuse me even now!

These cards are banging! I've been looking into them a lot lately for work and i'm so impressed by all the figures, especially the price!
