I have never had to do one before as I lived with my parents during the last one, I assume this will be similar for a fair few of us on here. The letter says it can be filled in one and after the 21st March so I assume you will all have letters by then. I think you will have a very small amount of people exempt from this due to the nature of their job that allows them not to respond.
