Basically the lack of a squad, like yourself 😅 I don't have many nights free to play it solidly with the other games we're playing atm, but i'm happy to do what we did with MW last week and stick up a few ad-hoc nights for it. Really enjoyed getting back into a PvP shooter last week.

Plus, the people you would normally see on these games aren't going anywhere near it, so I'm interested to see why that is.

The gameplay itself is fine in my opinion now, especially that they fixed the weapon bloom.  I don't usually use vehicles so i can't comment too much on how they play. 

 

Any type of Armoured vehicles are a pain to deal with as there are not enough options to take one out by yourself 

 

I would consider myself an OG of the Battlefield franchise so i understand why people are upset about essentially removing the class system which encourages squad play 

 

I can't give up the advanced mobility that Sundance or McKay give to use other specialists 🤔

 

I think people have a bad taste from launch which wouldn't help the player count . Also people taking others opinions as gospel and making a decision not to play the game for themselves now .

It does look decent mate, great little videos to share. Its weird, I think they'll need to do some form of Marketing campaign to get people back into it. If it doesn't go free, looking into a few freeweekends where they can get a deal on the game if they play.

Cheers mate 💪 , I think appropriate after launch content will do it . They basically had an apology DLC with BF4 after launch so i am hoping for that . Tbh they could put the weapons and maps from portal into the main game and i would be happy

So anyone else play after the patch came through? It feels oddly better, more stable. I noticed no jitters when running or parachuting.. i think they are actually fixing the game lads 🥳

Just noticed your clips Cal, nice shooting. The game doesn't look all that bad to be fair. 

It's just a lot slower than what I'm used to, never really played much or got into Battlefield. As long as your enjoying it that's what matters. 

I'm sure it will keep improving as time goes on, sad it wasn't in better nick at launch.

😂😂😂 cheers mate , I'm Ste (the other irish person) Cal is my cousin 😂 my poor PS4 suffered to capture those clips 😢  sounds like a jet engine 

 

I am hoping that people give it another chance but probably not until new content is out . I've nearly maxed out all the guns even the shite ones 🙄 but Battlefield moments keep me coming back for more
