I've stumbled across this podcast because of some ex-players making a few and they've started to make a little noise on Twitter. They are a really good listen whilst you're doing other stuff. Some footballers talking very openly and honestly on how things went for them. Its done really well as its just like they're in the pub, sharing funny stories with their best mates. A couple of ex-pros present it. One (Chris Brown) played 42 games for us (Blackburn) and scored no goals. As a striker. But they're great how they talk about stuff. Anyone that loves football should give some a watch.

 

Ben Marshall below should've been in the Premiership, even now. Hes only 29 still but hes quit professional football. A real insight to how it can be for many footballers. Its not the dream that we all think sometimes.

 

 

This Mark Crossley one is great too as it has some fantastic stories about Brian Clough.
