Pretty good deal but most people likely already own the game anyway - I guess it's more for people who just want to experience the MP and never got around to buying the whole thing. Also users who may have owned a console version previous who can now access it on PC with no membership fees. One big drawback is hackers and trolls could invade the game - I don't really know the current state of it but either way, Rockstar are once again gonna get a big payoff!
