BO7H B4RRELS 2,447 Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Buff? How is that a buff? It's 8 seconds added onto the cool down of his ult after a kill. That's a nerf. Not that big of a deal either way, but it will be a little harder to chain kills together using it. I don't know if it was that OP, it could be, but nothing game breaking.
