Looks more like some spin-off mode using existing MP assets. Can kinda see why it was binned if this was the overall format.

He said he didn't know whether it was real or fake in his highly strung out 10 minute video.  The mainstream media including CharlieIntel have picked it up and they usually ignore such speculative stuff so it's possible that it's real.
