Plumbers Crack 4,031
Saw one of these in Screwfix...good idea but I think the range needs extending before it catches on. Thoughts anyone? tronic44 3,628
They'll be pretty useful, especially if you live in a house will thick walls. It uses your homes internal wiring to send the ethernet signal down. If you had one in every room in your house then you'd be pretty sorted for Wifi signal. Diddums 4,305
I can't comment on this particular one but these are amazing. They're basically powerline adapters which run through your house's existing wiring and instead of having a huge bulky adapter plugged in, the socket is the adapter. Provided WiFi protocols don't change (which are backwards compatible anyway, so they'll never be obsolete) these are fantastic. tronic44
GazzaGarratt 10,840
I think I need to get some of these. I really need better signals at the back of my house. Just less than 30 quid might be a good investment with one socket and see how we go. Nice find @Plumbers Crack!
