The Shattered Throne - Destiny's New Dungeon

Bungee have exceeded themselves here, most knew that we were going to visit the Queen, Mara Sov's Ascendant Throne World but did not expect there to be essentially a hidden mission that is a 3-man mini raid.

 

It looks likely to be available for 1 week in the Nightmare Curse week, so it will be here every 3 weeks.

 

To access it, the location of the portal is within The Confluence.

 

The mini raid mission is made up raid style bosses, mechanics and jumping sections.

 

In summary there are the following sections:

 

☆ Temple Section and Mini Boss

☆Jumping Section

☆ First Boss - Vorgeth

☆ Jumping Section

☆ Second Boss - Ful Incaru

 

Darts video below is a really good guide to how to do the encounters. It also has powerful loot drops, ascendant chests and lore to find.

 

The whole mini raid is a 570-590 Power Level difficulty. It looks amazing and ties into the story/lore perfectly.

I happened to stumble across it while exploring. Really great area but curiosity killed the cat, namely me multiple times while traversing it or attempting to anyways lol. Way under level for it but awesome experience none the less.
