Flash sales have been abolished now Phil. What you see day one is what you get throughout sadly. Valve wanted to keep a consistent pricepoint for each game to keep sales flowing rather than users stalling hoping that their games get further discounted in the flash sales every 12 hours. Though there are 2, '7 days to die' and '7 days to die pack' though can't see anywhere that lists the difference.
