Playstation Plus price increasing 31st August

The annual price is hiking up as of 31st August from £39.99 to £49.99. Well, that's pretty shitty if you ask me but now I can understand why they've just released much better games on PS Plus this month.

Still though, it doesn't seem reflective of what PSN functionality. They need to being LFG in console and gifting games, both are fully intergrated with Xbox.

The better game makes sense now.  Soften the blow of a hefty price increase.  Make sure you all get one last cheap 12 moths in via cd keys (5% off for a facebook like) :)

Can you stack PSN subscriptions? Mine runs out at the end of the year.

I was reading some rumors about the price increase and how they might be combining PS Now and PS+. But we shall see. Time will tell.

If they did that it would be worth the price increase

PlayStation Now had some big hangup recently I believe I read, because the games are physically hosted on a server... and if enough people were playing it you were put into a queue. Say like they have 10 PS4's in California with The Last of Us on it, if you're person number 11 you are waiting for someone to shut the game down. That's kind of a ridiculous system for the money, however, you I can't really say they won't have enough free virtual machines for you to play on. I don't know their capacity.

To include PS Now and Plus would be an awesome perk though, totally all for that!

Don't forget to buy your PSN and stack it now while it's cheap. (currently £34.97)  extra 5% off by going to the facebook page and supplying an email.

Think you can stack a number of years.  I'm paid up until the end of 2018.
