Create a section on various tips and tricks. Maybe some how to's for the forum. Cause I have had issues with uploading videos. But yet see others uploading videos. It should be easy but not sure what I'm not doing correctly. But this idea or thread could generate other helpful stuff to forum users.

Thought we should have a thread on this as there's so much to the game that sometimes you wish you knew hours before you stumbled upon it! Post below any hints and tips to help make the experience better for all.

It would be great to grab some very simple tips from all of you so Ihave at least a few in my locker to call upon. I'm very used to football games - but more so in the past as I grew up playing them for years and years but just stopped when they started bringing in far too much skill things for me (i don't want to hold the controller like a crab, thanks). However, I know I need to learn some basic moves to accompany all the other parts so I can feel like i can contribute more in our FG Pro Clubs efforts. I'll see if i can find some videos and tips but if you have some, please share here for me. Thanks!

SO I'm gonna start doing this hopefully every week adding new stuff to this page when new updates come out for this season as well as guides or tips for the best way to do things in this season to progress. Ill also be maybe making a raid tip guide with @Teenwolf25 and @GazzaGarratt but i need everyone to let me know if this going to me good information to bring back new and old players into the game. Us few did a crown of sorrow today and for @Forty6_N_two and Alex first time they did great 👍 but off topic there so give me some feedback on what you guys wanna see in here and maybe some others can give me some feedback as well but the first thing im going to post in here is a tip guide for the new prophecy dungeon for doing it solo as well with other players so anyone who hasn't done it yet spoiler alert🙈

I'll start with @IPSWICH HIGASHIadvising last night about Infusion - any gun can go into anything now. Solid move considering the infusion costs. Also found the below on Twitter which will make some people happy - better token than the Heavy Ammo Synths if you ask me

A few people have given me the following so far: You can shoot other ships through waves – it sounds like the bottom of the ships are the most successful and dangerous target to focus on. Stock up on supplies whenever you can(bananas/wood planks/cannon balls) The more treasure on your ship, the riskier you are playing(pirates will be pirates) If you are returning treasure, people wait at outposts to steal it. So, if you see a ship or blue smoke in the water at an outpost, someone is there. prepare to fight or go to another one Cannon balls arch down and when moving, they arch behind you, practice is all you can do

Well, I've hit a blank about what to do next on the multiplayer, bought the PS4 version second hand and, on the spur of the moment, started a single player game on the PC. So, here are some thoughts, in no particular order, on things I've learnt and some early conclusions..... If you play on a laptop with integrated graphics it will lag like a mother. Take a break shut MC down and let the machine get it's breath back. Lag also occurs the more frequently you warp Bart gave us a (much appreciated by us noobs) a really easy start with the diamond chest freebies and free food. SP survival mode for the first time is a bit different! Creepers blowing up will kill you and leave a big hole in the ground Minecraft is addictive Going from heavily armoured in MP to starting in single player, remember you don't have armour!!!! Always, always, always mine coal for the XP Once you're secure in SP, mine your ass down to L12 asap as that's where there's more iron ore and shiny stuff but pay attention to the minimap F7 is your friend Torches are your friend Minecraft is addictive If you have the ring that gives you water etc be careful...if you've been underwater and surface make sure you come down fully to ground level or you will be kicked for flying AFK farming will upset the server admin sorry Bart Find animals, pen animals, breed animals, kill animals, cook and eat dead animals Grow barley, grind on the crafting table and make bread in the furnace...easy peasy Minecraft is addictive Minecraft on the PS4 after playing on the PC sucks big time Villager trading can be very lucrative if you find the right villager and work out how to refresh the inventory - I'm a emc multimillionaire thanks to this! Redstone mechanisation is fun but frustrating...anyone watching a YT video then trying it will realise why they do it in creative mode! Bee breeding is difficult but absorbing Minecraft is addictive Tunnelling is a great way to while away a few hours Going back to a bucket in SP after having the "water ring" (can't remember it's name) in MP is a right pain in the arse With the benefit of hindsight, I wish I hadn't discovered the energy convertor and collector as early as I did. Don't get me wrong I think the convertor is a great idea but coupling them to energy collectors for freebies is a bit cheesy. Why do it then?...because I can. I'll update this as and when I think of other things oh, and did I mention that Minecraft is addictive

So for a complete noob where do I start with this? A good start would be basic controls and first things to learn / first 10 things in Minecraft to do would help me out so I can understand how to do the basics before I even attempt on picking a zone for myself.

I was looking around for some guides and come across the below as I haven't played MP yet and I don't want to be blown away in an instant now that the game has been out for a little while. There seems a few helpful tips so I thought i'd share. Would be great if anyone else had any obvious MP tips they could share. Play Single-Player First Like Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2's single-player campaign is a great place to learn the basics needed to take on multiplayer. From wall-running to the strengths and weaknesses of each Titan type, the five-hour campaign offers plenty of scenarios for you to test the game's systems, physics, and mechanics. We even recommend that you play it on the hardest difficulty, so you can better acquaint yourself with the tense pace of combat. Learn and Understand the Wall-Run Titanfall 2 is all about movement: the faster you are, the harder you are to kill. But if you want to go fast, you'll need to master the wall-run, as it drastically increases your movement speed. The game's maps are packed with vertical surfaces, so be sure to run across them to build up momentum. When chained methodically, wall-running can make you incredibly difficult for enemies to kill; but if used senselessly, you'll be an easy target, so be mindful. Combine it with your double-jump to cross gaps to keep your wall-run chain going. The extra Boost jump can also be a handy way to throw off enemy fire, but be aware that doing so slows you down. Picking a Titan Each of the game's six Titans have their own distinct playstyles and loadouts. Below we've compiled a brief rundown that'll help you understand the strengths of each. Ion: A well-rounded Titan recommended for beginners. Great at mid-range combat. Scorch: A Titan focused on area-of-effect damage; at its strongest when pulling in multiple enemy Titans with its ignitable gas traps. Northstar: A sniper Titan that's best used behind front lines. Packs a lot of firepower, but is weak in close-ranged combat. Ronin: A hit-and-run Titan with powerful melee attacks. Great maneuverability. Tone: A Titan that can lock-on and fire missiles at enemy Titans; if used smartly, missiles can curve around corners and hit foes hiding in cover. Legion: Good at all ranges. Needs time to charge up mini-gun, but can be a destructive powerhouse when allowed to fully unload. Spend Your Credits Wisely Don’t blow your Credits on whatever you want. Always double-check when the item you want unlocks; you might be getting it sooner than you think simply through level progression. It's better to spend your hard-earned Credits on items, boosts, and perks that are unlockable further down the road. Battery Life: Be a Team Player When you're fortunate enough to snag a battery from the enemy, put it into a friendly Titan. This boosts not only its shields, but also greatly decreases your Titanfall wait time. However, if your ticker is at 90%, you might want to use the battery for your own Titan once it comes down. Smart battery use can turn the tide of battle. Whether you use it to recover a Titan's health or to enhance its shields, batteries can greatly assist your team in a tight spot. Be wary; batteries glow when strapped onto your back, which makes you an easy target. How to Fight Titans as a Pilot Titans can be intimidating foes to run into, but if you're smart and resourceful, you can take one down with ease. First, throw an Arc Grenade or use Firestar to blind the Titan; this will allow you to get close. Engage your grapple and use it as a fulcrum to zip over a Titan and onto its back; pry away its main battery or drop a grenade inside it. Avoid grappling the front of an enemy Titan, as they can easily melee you. If this tactic isn't your cup of tea, you can also use cloak to sneak up on a Titan and pull their battery that way. But be mindful, they can see the sparks of your jump jets. It's worth noting that a Titan can use electric smoke to kill you if you get too close. Once a Titan deploys the attack, jump off immediately; stalk and wait until the smoke clears, because the enemy Titan no longer has a way to defend itself. If you're up against Scorch, make sure to avoid its Thermal Shield. Foolishly zipping towards it while it's engaged will kill you instantly. Don’t Rely on Anti-Titan weapons Anti-Titan weapons might seem useful to bring into battle; but most the time, they're not that effective. It's better to focus your attention on taking out pilots (or AI enemies if you're playing Bounty Hunt or Attrition), so equip that weapon slot with something that'll help you pick them off. However, if you're adamant about bringing an Anti-Titan weapon into battle, we recommend the Mag Grenade Launcher. Know When to Move and When to Stay Still By design, Titanfall 2 demands that you keep moving to survive enemy gunfire, but sometimes it helps to slow things down to mess with your enemy's expectations. Try cloaking yourself and waiting for enemies to pass by to surprise attack them; and once you've unlocked it, use Wallhang to drop down on foes for a melee kill. You can also hunker down and use the A-Wall ability, a pilot-sized Particle Shield that enhances outgoing shots, making it essential for sniping, defending the flag, or holding down Hardpoints. Mow Down AI Enemies If Pilots are giving you a hard time in Bounty Hunt or Attrition, try bumping up your team's score by taking out AI enemies (Grunts, Reapers, Spectres). See a group of Grunts? Toss a Firestar or grenade at them and keep moving. Don't go out of your way for AI, but do your best to kill them whenever it's convenient. Single digits can often determine matches in Bounty Hunt or Attrition, so it helps to kill AI to help your team in the long run, as well as speed up your Titanfall. Familiarize Yourself With Boosts Titanfall 2 contains a new feature called Boosts, which are equippable enhancements you can use once your Titan meter reaches a certain percentage. For instance, the Map Hack Boost reveals enemies to your entire team once your meter has reached 70%. There are plenty of Boosts to choose from, so it's important that figure out which one works for you. But be mindful, you can only equip one Boost at a time and they cannot be switched mid-match, so choose wisely. Check Your Inbox Often For Goodies As you level up, a character known as The Advocate will send messages to your Titanfall 2 inbox. These messages contain special goodies, like call signs, emblems, and camos for both your pilot and Titan. Depending on the faction you're aligned with, the rewards you receive will differ.

As you guys know i'm undecided with what I want to do when I 'grow up'. I'm going to school, but have no idea what I want to do. I am great at math and a lot of my math teachers have told me to be an engineer when I grow up. But there are so many kinds of engineers, i'm not quite sure which one would be the fit for me. I was looking into architectural drafting and design, but that seems like it would be a male dominate job? I wonder if woman are even doing that sort of thing. I wonder if the pay is good, would I work at home? I'm good with computers. I took C++ and Web Design in high school and was completely in love with it. Wed design was something that I had a great passion for and with programming my teacher told me that they want more women in that field. Programming to me was a big headache and my teacher sucked. So I would need to get better with that for sure. But with the right teacher and determination i'm sure I could do that. As I sit here and think of computers, so many people are going for these kinds of jobs... am I just going to be that person with a degree and unemployed? It doesn't seem demanding to me. I've always been interested in Psychology. I think having that degree is a branch into all kinds of jobs. I'd love a federal job. I would lie if I were to say otherwise. Being a Social Worker or doing Forensic Psychology catches my interests. I could see myself working at a hospital too. I couldn't see myself as a doctor or an RN, but I could see myself giving X-Rays, CAT Scans, MRIs, and all of that. I obviously have some ideas, I just don't know which one to go for. I don't know what i'm looking for by starting this thread.. I need to get my thoughts out and see if I can get some tips or something to try and figure this out. The last thing I want to do is go to school for 4 years and be unhappy.

Attacking with balloons interesting point: 2-3 max balloons will take out a max archer tower

I know some of you guys have tried League of Legends and haven't really cared for it. That's cool. However, most likely you played the standard game mode on Summoners Rift. It's a great game mode, once you learn the in's and out's of it, but that requires a good amount of time and effort. I can understand people getting frustrated with it and writing LoL off altogether. However... there's a game mode that isn't as hard to learn and it's a lot of fun (more fun IMO). It's called, ARAM, All Random All Mid. ARAM in a nutshell: Two teams fight on a bridge and try to push each other to opposing ends in order to destroy the other team's home base (The Nexus). None of that top, mid, bottom lane crap, no jungle, no stress over last hitting minons. Just one lane, two teams, fighting it out the whole time. It's action packed and a lot of fun. - if you find something and want to know how to get back to it eg, you find a car jump but dont have a decent car, go into the map, zoom in, add a "point of interest" and then it will be marked on the map for you

I'm going to ask all of my noob questions here. If you've got some of your own, feel free to ask away. We can use this thread to ask and answer noob pc questions. So... I've been playing Crysis 2. Solid game. Never played the first, but I'm having fun with this one. I had everything maxed out. Ran perfectly smooth. But just shut off out of no where. Play a second time, just a bit ago, and turned Anti-A off and turned it down to High instead of Ultra or whatever the first step down from Ultra is. It played perfectly smooth still, but then shut down again. What could it be?
