Do you know why I work out? Because I have always enjoyed watching the athleticism of my favorite super heroes and game characters and want just a sliver of it. Also, because I really hated not being able to train with my cousins growing up since I was the only girl. Anyway. Thought I would start a thread about random fitness gear (whether it be gym clothes or actual gear). I know short answers might be 'I'm not!' but I'm keen to know what people are doing. I'm struggling alot to find motivation so I'd love to take some inspiration from all of you and get some tips to get my arse out of this sofa! I've been trying to get out in the garden and play a little football game once or twice with my daughter which isnt much but it breaks the day up. Also, done some Yoga Cosmic Kids video with them which was fun...and made me realise I'm not as flexible as I once was 🤣 Let's hear what you've done!
