  1. Won't be back in town/home until Thursday or Friday. I'll report back then. Thanks.
  2. I remember the great fire of 2012. lol
  3. I can't recall, but I'll check later.
  4. I just did that and it said that the best drivers are already installed. Any other ideas why bumping up my overdrive even a little causes these problems? It's not that big of a deal really. My PC runs everything great. So no big deal, but if it would help my performance, I'd love to do it.
  5. I have no idea, but I'd love to do that too. I've got an item list saved for every champion I own on my PC, but my laptop only have 4-5 builds total. Let me know if you find out, I'll look too.
  6. Why are the ores so easy to get in this mod? I'm not against it, just curious, are there just more in the ground or what? Or the tools make it easy to mine better? Looks good to me though. I'm excited.
  7. Good to hear you got it sorted
  8. http://www.vg247.com/2013/10/14/riot-bosss-twitter-hacked-unreleased-card-game-leaked/ Riot boss’s Twitter hacked, unreleased card game leakedLeague of Legends developer Riot Games has a completed but unreleased card game on the backburner, according to materials leaked by a hacker. As spotted and screengrabbed by Kotaku, the Twitter account of Riot Games president and co-founder Marc Merrill began making dodgy posts overnight, apparently as the result of a hack. The hacker shared images of League of Legends: Supremacy, a name Riot trademarked and registered as a domain last year, and although most have been deleted two Imgur galleries of templates and icons remain. The hacker said Supremacy is a standalone game, that he had the server and client source, and that the project was full and complete but mysteriously unreleased. Merril has confirmed that his account was hacked – as opposed to, say, a marketing stunt – and commented on the leaked material. “Someone shared some old screens from one of the many prototypes we’ve experimented with. We’re always working on a variety of new ideas for League and beyond. Lots of experimentation that may never see the light of day,” he said. ---------------- I'm still waiting for LoL 2, where you can create your own champion!
  9. This. I play to mine and create things. I love the idea of an RPG element though, so it's going to be tricky to balance that. How can we have enough RPG element, but still keep the focus on mining and building. Is that do-able, or is it kind of one or the other? I completely trust you to do what you want. I really enjoyed the last two worlds I played of yours. They were great. I'm too much of a noob at MC to suggest anything. I'll work with whatever you decide.
  10. I know I'm an idiot for not knowing how to do this, but what's the quickest, easiest way to update my drivers. I assume you're talking about my graphics card drivers specifically? Or drivers in general? Are there any free programs that helps with driver updates for my entire system?
  11. So I'm doing just that except that I went with flat mana glyphs instead of scaling. Cool. I'm good with that. The armor was purchased first because it's the most versatile rune for all champions. I figured I would buy something that all of my champions could benefit from when I first started buying tier 3 runes. It helps with sustain in mid lane. I play very aggressive, so I find myself in the middle of enemy minors a lot, so that helps negate their damage. I'll probably go with Magic Resist when I get enough IP to buy a full set. Playing mid mostly, I mainly play against other mages. Magic resist is important. I don't buy any armor items at all when I'm playing AP mid. I only buy AP boosting items. Straight up AP damage. With his range, I don't need much armor. I can keep my them at range and do tons of damage. I have Flash and C4 for my escape/closers.
  12. There are a lot of studies that show kids only need one positive influence in their lives to greatly increase their chances of succeeding. Kids can grow up in absolute shit, but if just one person loves them, and shows them there life doesn't have to be like they've experienced, there are other ways to live, they can make it. I grew up in an absolute mess. My mom had me at 16, parents did drugs, divorce, etc., etc., etc... but I also spent a lot of time with my grandparents. They're both my best friends today. They gave me a little hope. They showed me that life didn't have to be like that. I hope you don't write your cousins kids off. You could be that one person in their lives that gives them a peek at a "normal" life.
  13. So I've been working on my rune page for my AP champions, specifically Ziggs. I'm level 24 right now, and I've got... Armor Penetration Marks (+7) Flat Armor Seals (+9.8) Greater Glyph of Mana (+79) Quintessences of Ability Power (+9.9) Not sure if it's the best setup or not, but it's working for me so far. I think I should have bought Magic Resist instead of Armor, but I figured I could use the armor with more champions, but I'm not sure. So... how is that setup? Crap, average, good? And... what are the most common runes that multiple champion types could use? I figured Armor would be the most common. Thoughts? Thanks!
  14. Uninstall/re-install, that's what I'd do.
  15. http://www.destructoid.com/activision-completes-buyout-to-become-independent-263467.phtml Activision Blizzard has officially completed its buyback of $8.2B worth of shares from Vivendi, technically making the software giant an independent entity. Now, the company is majority owned by public shareholders. While the transaction was originally brokered in July, a shareholder attempted to stop it by filing a lawsuit in August. Yesterday, the Delaware Supreme Court overturned the original ruling that halted the deal, thereby completing the process. Of the $8.2B, Activision purchased 429 million shares for $5.83B. Additionally, an investment venture led by company CEO Bobby Kotick and chairman Brian Kelly bought 172 million shares for $2.34B, although it's unclear how much each personally expended. With regard to the deal, Kotick optimistically said "we open a new chapter in the history of Activision Blizzard. We expect immediate shareholder benefits in the form of earnings-per-share accretion and strategic and operational independence. Our audiences and our incredibly talented employees around the world will benefit from a focused commitment to the creation of great games. Our shareholders and debt holders will have the benefit of an energized, invested, deeply committed management team focused on generating long-term, superior returns and effectively managing our capital structure." http://www.joystiq.com/2013/10/11/activision-completes-purchase-of-itself-from-vivendi/ Activision's buyback of $8.2 billion of its own shares from Vivendi has been completed, the publisher announced today. It was just yesterday that the Delaware Supreme Court overturned a September ruling that halted the purchase, which followed a lawsuit by an Activision Blizzard shareholder in August. The shareholder alleged a "breach of fiduciary duties, waste of corporate assets and unjust enrichment" on Activision's behalf. The publisher's purchase from Vivendi amounts to 429 million of its own shares for $5.83 billion. Additionally, Activision CEO Bobby Kotick and Co-Chairman Brian Kelly purchased 172 million shares for $2.34 billion in a separate transaction. Activision is now officially an independent company, majority owned by its shareholders. "The shares Activision Blizzard purchased in the transaction will no longer be treated as outstanding, leaving the majority of the remaining 690 million shares in the hands of public shareholders," Activision noted in today's announcement. Activision said yesterday that it expected the purchase to be completed on October 15. The transaction came about four days ahead of schedule, as someone must have sprinted to the bank this morning.
  16. I'm planning on being online for quite a while on Monday night. We are leaving for vacation Tuesday afternoon so I'm staying up late Monday and playing LoL, then sleeping in on Tuesday. Won't be on much this week at all. I really hope to see some of you guys online Monday night.
