  1. As most of you know I’m a business teacher, this part of the year our students do a project where they have to create a business plan and present it to investors - similar to dragons den or shark tank. Well one of the groups started their business plan with this slogan..... #proud
  2. oh sorry I didn’t see this thread!
  3. I’ve been using the Kilo recently, it’s like a laser beam
  4. Ahhhhh I see! Well, welcome @DASAGGS83 and hahah @Diddums has a small penis!
  5. I'm so confused, who is this person???
  6. I've unlocked all the attachments for it and it's not a bad weapon if you build it out like an assault rifle. If you grab it out of a box on landing I think it's pretty good but I'd have to play with it more to see what's what.
  7. To be honest @G_dub52 I didn't actually know what gun it was so I didn't use it how it should be used. I tried challenging up close with it, I should have back offed, mounted up and blasted some fat loads from there. Lots of recoil on it!
  8. I had the miss fortune of picking up this Holger after @G_dub52 and crack head David went down and I come back from the goulag. Not a fan 😞
  9. If you've never played any of the previous final fantasies you might actually not enjoy as much as they were intended. The old style of FF games were long hard grinds with difficult puzzles and intricate story lines. FF7 and FF8 are particularly difficult story lines to digest - it might be worth starting with FFX as it's great graphics, it's the first one with voice actors and is relatively short (although the story is quite convoluted lol)
  10. On rewatch, I thought this was a really hard slog. The performances from Walberg and Bale were very good but the depths of despair were very deep!
  11. You ever watch the Stone Cold Steve Austin one? Rattlesnake Ranch or something...
  12. Tender, juicy, flavourful. Check out that smoke ring! Heaven!
  13. Fall off the bone tender, bbq glaze goes on! Back in for 10 minutes to tack up
  14. Ok so first tenderness test done, we are roughly 30 minutes away from go time!
  15. it’s a Louisiana Grill Kamodo style BBQ! not sure on weight
  16. So after 2.5 hours I have the level of bark I want. I’d go a bit longer unwrapped if I had the proper rubs but I’m not going to get anything else out of what I have at the moment. So it’s time to wrap. I’ve just put down some honey today as my wife doesn’t like them too sweet. We wrap them meat side down so that the meat sits in a bath of its own juices etc. Wrap them tight and put them back in at 275°f. we will check in another hour!
  17. 2 hours in, getting a nice bark forming, another half hour or so and we will pull and wrap them!
  18. So we’ve been running for an hour now. Starting to get some colour on them now! Only another 4 hours left 🙈
  19. Now we just play the waiting game for about 2 hours. Some people spritz them with juice and stuff but I don’t usually do that with imported meat as it’s much higher quality and full of lovely fat! We will keep an eye on the temp and check them in 2 hours 💪
